RHUB’s Collaborative Remote Support Appliances for PCs and Macs

RHUB Collaborative Remote Support appliances will provide secure unattended and attended remote support for both PCs and Macs and just like with the Web conferencing appliance, you own it you control it.

The key functions include remote control, file transfer, mini meeting, chat, multi-tier collaborative support, and remote reboot to the safe mode.  A free Audio Conferencing service is also included.  APIs are also available for full customization and quick integration with your company’s websites and applications.  There is no IT maintenance required.

There are two types of remote support appliances:

–          TS 300 – this allows for 2-10 support sessions with the room capacity of 300

–          TS 700 – this allows for 5-50 support sessions with the room capacity of 700

Support Session means the maximum number of concurrent support sessions one can host.  When an individual starts a remote session, they use a session license whether they have a customer joining the session or not.  When an individual starts a remote access session on a remote computer – an unattended support session – a support license is not used until the individual joins the session and remotely accesses the computer.

Concurrent users in one session means the maximum number of concurrent users in one support session is 10 which includes the support host.  This means an individual can invite up to nine attendees to join their support session and host a mini Web conferencing with full interactivity among all participants.

RHUB (Real-Time Collaboration HUB) is the first solution ever to deliver four complete collaboration technologies in one appliance – allowing customers to not only do web conferencing, but to also conduct webinars, deliver remote support to clients, and to have remote access to personal PC capability – all with one box.
