There are four RHUB Web conferencing appliances to choose from, one just right for your company’s Web conferencing needs. The TM 200 allows for two-four meeting rooms and 10-20 concurrent users; the TM 500 allows for five-20 meeting rooms and 20-100 concurrent users; the TM 800 allows for 25-50 meeting rooms and 100-200 concurrent users and finally the TM 1000 allows for 50-200 meeting rooms and 200-2000 concurrent users.
A meeting room is an active meeting session and the number of meeting rooms is the maximum number of concurrent meetings that can be hosted at one time.
A user is the meeting host or an attendee. When the meeting host begins the meeting or an attendee joins a meeting already in progress, it consumes one user license.
If an individual uses the TM 200 for remote access, they could start a remote access meeting on up to nine different computers. The one remaining computer/license is needed for the individual hosting and to remotely access one of those nine computers at any time. Another option would be to remotely start a meeting on seven different computers and reserve to user licenses for other meeting types such as an Interactive Meeting or a Remote Session.
